Girl Krewes Rock the Beach was so much fun! Lots of Marionettes and half a dozen other Krewes joined us. If you didn't attend, you can still buy a pin! We'll have them for sale at upcoming events.
Four of us (plus one husband) went to the Krewe of Airship Pirates Open House. It was fun and FREE! They're planning to do it again next year, so watch for the announcement.

Memorial Shrimp Boil 9/20!
Evites are going out for our Shrimp Boil on September 20th. Be sure to respond by 9/17 if you plan to attend. It will be at Karin and Jim's house, starting at 3pm. Shrimp will drop about 4:30. This year we're providing all the food and beverages for $30 per person! There will also be TVs with college football, so feel free to wear your favorite team's colors.

The Krewe of Marionettes was founded in January, 1957. We are an all-female Krewe and among the oldest Krewes in Pensacola. We have social activities throughout the year and a formal ball. We participate in many Mardi Gras activities including Twelfth Night, KOB Pin & Bead Festival, Fat Tuesday, All Krewe Ball and the Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras Parade. Our charity is Pace Center for Girls. Members are welcome to participate in as many (or as few) activities as they want.
